Modifikasi Honda Zoomer injeksi, tantangan?

Ngobrol sama Michael Scootertronic dari Amrik sono ternyata idenya hebat banget, saya dikirimin eh beli, pulley belakang pakai yamaha jog plus kopling dr pulley, baru deh enak. Tapi ngakalinnya hati-hati banget, Thanks Michael!!

  • Setang Freestyler Flexx FasstCompany
  • Speedometer Vapor Trail Tech
  • Frame brace NCY
  • Shock depan NCY
  • Dek tangki bensin dari talenan plastik didapur
  • Shock belakang YSS, naik 4cm
  • Knalpot Polini, sekarang balik standard
  • Kitaco i-map CDI nolimiter+Dynoboost
  • Pulley depan Kitaco+dr pulley roller
  • Pulley belakang Yamaha Jog+dr pulley clutch set
  • Per CVT TDR 1000 RPM
  • Saringan udara MCC foam lokal, dll

Udah ah, kapan-kapan nyambung lagi deh, ini sambil nonton Jerman menang 4-0 lawan Argentina, hidup Persib, ha..ha...

  5. Hello there! I've a question. What do you think of the NARAKU Twist Control?
I don't understand if this HONDA GET engine has 107 or 105mm clutch. I took a 107mm clutch bell and it didn't fit.

    http://www.ebay.it/itm/Twist-Control-Naraku-Racing-107mm-fur-Minarelli-/222294114647?hash=item33c1c30157:g:QzwAAOSwHsRYEHRr
THIS IS THE LINK......WHICH ONE SHOULD I TAKE? 107 OR 105? WILL IT FIT?

Which clutch, clutch bell and spring do you recommend? thank you in advance!

  6. Hi Shinos,
Naraku twist control is torque spring seat. It will make that spring move freely without friction with its original seat and make spring litle bit stiffer.
But the twist control that you mentioned in Ebay is for yamaha aerox 100 pulley and its torque spring, it has different size wit GET, it wont fit.
Yamaha aerox 100 also use 107mm cluth and 107mm clutch bell. GET also has 107mm clutch size but yamaha and honda has different bell clutch spline, most yamaha has 19 teeth and GET has 22 teeth at the bell clutch's center hole. GET bell is the same type with GY6 50 bell.

Use 107mm bell for 107mm clutch type, the fact measurement are 107mm bell has 107mm inner diameter and 107mm clucth has 105mm outer diameter. So do for 105mm clutch type, it use 105mm bell inner diameter but the clucth outer diameter is only 103mm, this clutch mostly for yamaha 2T 50cc.

    Which clutch i recommend?
I dont recommend stock rear pulley and stock clutch.

    I recommend to use:
GY6 50 or Honda Dio rear pulley + 4mm washer at drive shaft.
GY6 50 or Dio 107mm clutch from STAGE6 or Prodigy.
    GY6 50 or Dio 107mm clutch bell from STAGE6
    GY6 50 or Dio 1500rpm torque spring.

    I hope can help.

  7. Thank you! Sadly on ebay Italy whenever I type GY6 50cc nothing comes out. as DIO you mean any DIO (minarelli both VERTICAL and ORIZONTAL engine?)? DIO SP, DIO ZX etc? Could you send me a EBAY link with the right pieces.

    Another question:
I know there are gearing from Kitaco or Metro gearing too...but these two, just like the original gearing has HELICAL "TEETH" on the gearing...do you know any kit with STRAIGHT TEETH of the gearings? It would give less friction.

  8. zoomer use helical teeth for its drive shaft and counter gear at front, but its counter shaft and final gear are use straight teeth. So far there isnt fully straight teeth gear for zoomer.

    About rear pulley/clutch/bell you can type gy6 50/dio 50/qmb139.
Dio 50 2T or 4T is use the same rear pulley/clutch/bell. Dio mean Honda Dio 50, not minarelli, minarelli is similar with yamaha engine.

Here is the link for good complete kit from taiwan :

And the cheap one from china :
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/HI-Clutch-Front-Pulley-Set-For-GY6-50CC-139QMB-139QMA-4-Strokes-Scooter-Moped-/111648836485?hash=item19feca0b85:g:iHQAAOSwofxUf6~h&vxp=mtr

Remember, if you use those pulleys you have to put 3.5-4mm spacer/washer first at drive shaft. If you dont, it will hit the crankcase or stuck.

  10. hello there! Long time!
Did you make some other experiment?

Could you please tell me the inner and other diameter of the 3.5-4mm washer?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Hmmm are you sure?
I think the inside is 17mm but I don't know how big should be the outer diameter....should it be as big as the bearing or it can be bigger?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Washer position is at the middle of drive shaft, becareful. Dont put any washer behind the rear pulley bearing, it will harm the back wall.

    ReplyDelete
  13. HEEEEEEE????????? do you have picture of how to put it? I've put it behind!...and yes I thought was strange. Gosh ok! I'll make another with the dimension you told me 3.5x12x16

What happens if I don't put the washer?

    1. I made a hole on the CVT case. The hole is big as the clutch. Do I have to put the washer anyway?

  15. or try this link
    http://totalruckus.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=41124&hilit=MRP+spacer&start=0
without washer, rear pulley will hit the transmission wall. as long we are using gy6 or jog pulleys, washer is a "must" item.
if link doesnt work, try open "dr pullley hit clutch question answered" thread at ruckus performance, totalruckus.com. i am not good in link copy paste, sorry...

  16. Thank you very much.
Basically this WASHER goes in between THE CLUTCH and THE CLUTCH BELL right?
I'm so exited to install it!!! What improvement will it give? More acceleration? More top speed?

    ReplyDelete
  17. No, we put washer there to adjust rear pulley position, not for clutch or bell. The washer will hold front smaller pulley bearing not the rear bearing, and won't let the rear pulley to hit transmission wall.
